Do l need to pay tax on my order?

Since our prices are tax-inclusive, customers do not need to pay any additional taxes

Do l need to pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States

Do l need to be home for the delivery?

We give you the option to select if you’d like to sign for your package at checkout. If you’ve selected that option, then FedEx will need your signature to successfully deliver your package. Please note that FedEx will not let us remove the signature requirement once the package is in transit.

If you would like for FedEx to just lease your package outside your door, simply leave the signature requirement unchecked during check-out. With this option, we are no longer liable for any loss or damage to the package after delivery.

When will l receive my delivery?

We have our own warehouse located in Ontario, CA. We typically partner with FedEx and USPS, and the estimated delivery time is within 3-5 days.

Will l get a tracking number?

Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive the tracking number, as well as delivery updates, via email.

How do I change or modify my order?

We can help you modify your order before it is shipped, including changing an item or updating your shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel a paid order, please reach out to us before the order has been shipped. Once the order is in transit, we’re generally unable to stop the shipment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Why isn't my tracking number working?

Tracking information may take some time to update after shipment. If you’re unable to track your order, feel free to contact our support team and we’ll help you check the latest status.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 45-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 45 days for a full refund.

How do I request a return or refund?

Simply contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Provide an answer to the question here, with as much detail as poIf the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
