At Sunvanta, we aim to make delivery simple, reliable, and easy to understand. This page outlines how we handle order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery expectations.
1. Where We Ship
We currently deliver within the United States only.
- Free shipping is available across the contiguous 48 states
- Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico may be supported depending on the item and destination
- Additional shipping charges may apply for non-contiguous regions
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

2. Order Processing
Orders are prepared promptly to ensure timely dispatch.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next business day
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details
Daily Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) or 12:00 PM (PST) on business days are usually processed on the same day.
Orders submitted after these cut-off times will be handled on the next business day.
3. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently.
- Standard delivery (contiguous U.S.): typically 3–5 business days
- Carriers include FedEx, USPS, and UPS
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination and external conditions
For Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico, delivery times and costs will be confirmed individually.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
You can use this to monitor your shipment directly with the carrier.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days, please reach out to our support team and we’ll assist you.
5. Updating Your Shipping Address
If you need to make changes to your delivery address:
- Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order
- Changes can only be made before the order has been shipped
- Once dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery details
6. Undeliverable Orders
Orders may be returned to us if:
- The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete
- Delivery attempts are unsuccessful
- The package is refused by the recipient
In such cases, reshipping fees may apply. Original shipping costs (if any) may not be refundable.
To avoid delays, please double-check your address before completing your order.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and photos (if applicable)
Once reviewed, we will arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Shipping Delays
While we work hard to meet estimated timelines, delays can occasionally happen due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- High seasonal demand
- Operational or warehouse exceptions
